The Board of Directors of SBC Corporation Berhad wishes to announce that on 9th February, 2010, Mr. Sia Teong Heng has resigned as a member of the Remuneration Committee of the Company and En. Ahmad Fizal bin Othman has been appointed as a member in place thereof.
